how to modify a Prizm Delux skimmer?
It was either here or another site that someone was nice enought to e-mail me the directions on how to modifiy a Prizm Delux skimmer. I can't believe I accidentally deleted it. Man, am I ------. Anyway, If anyone out there knows how to do this I would appreciate the info. I have a 75 gal. with 20 gal sump. I was gonna get a G-2, Then I found out that with a little modification it could work pretty well. I figuered I'd try this 1st. While I'm at it I might as well get your opinions on the best resonalbly price skimmer for my tank. Thanks for any info you might share.

I think it was me. Anyway here is the link to my thread, plus on that thread is a link to the thread I got it from. It originally came from joshua1023 here on RC. The only thing I did different which you wont find in the threads is that I use the plastic loop stuff from walmart. You know the stuff people loop yarn through. Well that stuff does not get cloged or need redone like the mesh.

Personally after the mod I think they are pretty good! You are right though. Still not the best but not bad for a small tank at all when modded.
