how to QT SPS?

I will be picking up some SPS colonies from a local reefer. what is the best way to QT the SPS or should I fresh water dip. any advice is appreciated. thanks

Check out Reefcast. Episode 26 does a QT bit with some refrence to QT SPS at minute 22 and 33.
