TurboTwist x6: Replacement Sleeve etc

I have a coralife turbo twist x6 18w uv sterilizer with a broken quartz sleeve.

Has anyone ever bothered to replace the sleeve? judging on the design the replacement would be the quartz tube bonded to the bulkhead, right?

In all the replacements ive found online there are none with pictures of what is actually being sold.

I'm considering buying this:

Is it even worth replacing? Should I just get a new el cheapo sterilizer? I think I may even need to replace the 18w lamp which would add even more cost.
Can anyone point me in the direction of an off brand UV lamp?
