I never cure LIVE ROCK. How to do it?

Also why should I cure live rock?

Sounds like curing would kill it.

curing doesn't kill it, it's more like the rock is dying so we then cure it.

anytime rock has been out of water or even out of appropriate enviroment, you'll get some "die off" occuring. If you do not cure the rock, this die off will only cause lot's of organics, nitrates, ammonia, nitrite and lot's of other not so goodies to enter the tank. Often harming delicate invertabrates.

All it takes to make rock live again is a little time, that's alot cheaper than throwing in uncured rock and having it wipe out your tank.

It's as simple as placing the rock is a suitable container, many will use a spare tank or even a plastic tote (rubber maid or similar) and have flow for the rock, a skimmer helps but not entirely neccessary, perform occasional water change as needed, and do appropriate testing on the water to see how bad the rock is dying off or leeching crap into the container. Once water quality is back to normal, no ammonia, nitrites or anything, should be good to use.
