I am sorry to say that was the first skimmer I ordered. It was a RC 135. When I received it the base plate was warped on the bottom. I called 2-3 weeks later they sent the new one and it was in worse condition than the first, they gave such a hassle and were so rude in there service that I refunded it and never looked back.

I bought the H&S A-150 and could not be happier......I will never buy a Euro reef product ever, ever, ever again. Just my 2 cents

Having owned a EuroGrief 135 for six month, before purchasing an other skimmer. I can say wihtout a doubt: Poor customer service. Took over two weeks to get the right parts for a new skimmer. Pump is poor and they are dropping it for that reason. Far better skimmer out there for the money. Avoid Euro Grief.

I'm with you. I have a RS135 skimming a 155 SPS reef. It provides more than enough skimming power. I'm very happy with it.

I LOVE my ER RS135! It replaced a PM Bullet 2 on 120 gallon. Best upgrade I ever made. Now my RS80P is a different story.

It sort of been a mixed bag for me. I had an older Euro Reef skimmer similar to the RS80, that was great. The pump gave out and I replaced the skimmer with an RS135. Several months later i still cant get this thing dialed in. It's either over flowing or skimming nothing . I dont think I'll every buy anything from them again after dealing with their CS. It took me 3 months to get my money back on some parts. It always one excuse after another with them.

in just 2 hours! wow! that skimmer is awesome! It can even grow algae on the body in 2 hours! Does that mean it would double as a super duper algae scrubber as well?

I got it used and didn't bother cleaning the inside out.

Mine does this from time to time. The fix is to make sure the little "nipple" on the pump intake (where the airline connects) is not dirty.
I find that calcium deposits narrow its opening and needs to be cleaned out regularly.

Decent skimmers but crappy pumps. Overall they work, but after all the pump issues I will never get one again.

Had a great customer service experience with them re: my RS 135. Needed to connect metric to standard pvc pipe for gate valve mod and they manufactured an adapter and sent it to me at no charge. Jeff gave me advice on how to position the height of the "T". Skimmer now skims better than ever.

scotmc has finally been banned!!! Rejoice all!!!

He's been on my ignore list for months!!

Thanks mods Nice work

Bucket boy, I agree. I've had nothing but speedy and responsive help from ER. They have obviously had their ups and downs, and are not the favorite skimmer here on RC, but they make a good product, and stand by it IME.

Jim
