Frag Tank

Im looking for a tank that is ballpark 24"x24"x"10 so I can start a frag tank. I went to glasscages (shipping would kill me) and I called the glass shop in town (when they got down laughing at me they told me it would be more expensive than glasscages). I was wondering if anyone had any tips for getting a low profile tank for frags?

If you have a table saw or access to a table saw I would do some reading on acylic tank construction and make one out of 1/4" cast acrylic. Its too tricky to do anything thicker your first go but at only 10" it will be fine with 1/4" and eurobraces.

Allglass carries smaller acrylic tanks and the shipping is reasonable. I ordered a 45gal from them before. I use it as my sump, but it is good enough to be a display tank.
