koran angel?
I am thinking of getting a juvinile Koran angel, 4" or so.
I have read about them, and they seem pretty hardy. I am looking to see if this is the case. Any input? anyone have one? All my water parameters are good, but nitrates. My nitrates are usually 20 to 25 or so. They have gone as high as 40. But i increased water changes to combat this. Let me know your thoughts on this fish. They are beautiful, but want to see if its a good choice.

If it is for you 75, I suggest you pass on it. They get way too big. Years ago I had one in my 75, and while it was a great and hardy fish it was just getting way too big. When I sold it it was only about 1/3 of the way into changing into its adult colors, and was around 6 inches. Can get up to 16 inches.

I had one for about 2 years, it got aggressive in an aggressive tank. It kicked the crap out of a maroon clown. The only other fish in that tank were triggers and a lionfish, those he left alone, but challenged them. I sold it to a lfs shortly after he started getting mean.
