Feeding my colt, finger, and mush????

Anyone with suggestions on supplements for my colt, finger, mushroom, star polyps, and star fire? I have read A LOT about this, and have SO MANY differing oppinions. Help?!?!?! I want to keep a GREAT tank, with only the healthiest critters!
