Surface agitation and PAR

Is there any info or article anywhere that talks about surface agitation and the reduction of PAR? I was just looking at my Koralias that were pointed towards the surface really churning up the top, and wondered how much that affected my MH light getting to the coral........

It shouldn't negatively affect PAR. In fact, some studies have shown that corals utilize the super spikes in PAR they get when glitter lines pass over them.
