Egg ID Please

These showed up on my glass a week or so ago. I assumed they would get eaten but are still there and visibly developing inside the egg sack. Anyone have any idea what they are, as I have not seen them before.

good questions i have them all over my glass too. THey just appeared a couple of days ago.
