Video of my blind porcupine puffer

Here is a video of my blind puffer fish and my healthy puffer fish. The blind puffer is the smaller one, the one who is doing all of the circling. Check to see if you can take a look at his eyes and maybe you can help me to figure out what is up with him. He's lasted so long!

Please help me with this guy. I know the music is great, but he circles CONSTANTLY. Small circles, big circles, dive bomb circles. When food is introduced to the tank, he will instantly dive bomb to the bottom.

Sorry I don't know anything about puffers...just appreciate them. Eventually I think we will have an aggressive tank so that we can keep a puffer.

The poor guy is blind (the little one). The bigger one in the video (different tank) is such a douche. He looked as if he was protecting the baby, then you turn around and he's biting him. We separated them. His eyes are completely sealed shut. He puffs a lot also.

Is it chasing its tail , thats much funnier the your very calm surface.
Maybe he has brain damage from O2 deprevation.
