Feeding cyclopeeze

Hi
Could you tell me how to best feed this, I just got a 50g tub but there are no instructions on how to use it.

If it's the freeze dried type, soak it in a little tank water to re-hydrate it and help it not float, drop it in the tank.

Thanks, can you mix it with frozen mysis and then freeze it into little blocks for future use. Also can you mix it with RO water or does it have to be tank water. It is the freeze dried btw.
