bad ballast update
A short while back I posted about one of my Ice Cap MH lights going on and off constantly. By switching the bulbs I determined it wasn't a problem with the bulbs. By switching which ballast was plugged into which pendant I determined it wasn't a problem in the pendant.
This whole set up was only about three months old. I contacted the Ice Cap company (at the advice of the dealer I purchased them from) and they told me to just mail them the defective ballast. I mailed it on a Friday and on the following Tuesday a new ballast was waiting on my front porch when I got home. Everything is working fine now. I thought good customer service was worth posting about! I know I like hearing which companies back up their written claims. |
