bubbles

i have noticed small bubbles on my rocks. I have recently added a koralia 3 ph, could this be the cause. This is not bubble algea just sm air bubbles that whenever a fish gets near the rocks the bubbles wiil float to the surface. could this be a problem and if so how how do i fix it. I know sounds like a silly question i have just never noticed so many bubbles before. and someone told me bubbles are bad. I have also recently upgraded my lighting, finished acclimating, and removed glass tops.

With the lighting upgrade, it's probably just algae producing oxygen due to photosynthesis. I think it's called pearling. It's normal.
