Bad!
Get a fluidized reactor and a bucket of Iron based po4 remover. Start off at half dose, for the first run. Change media in a week if you do not see it dieing off. |

How old is your tank? It's not uncommon to have a hair algae bloom in a young tank. While a reactor would be a nice thing to have, if it's a young tank it's probably not a necessary expense. Do regular water changes for a while, measure your nutrients, get some blue legged hermits and/or lawnmower blenny and see how things go for a bit. As the tank ages, providing good maintenance, there's a good chance it'll go away on it's own.
Also, posting your tank params when asking for help is never a bad thing (not that I'm that great about it either) Of course, somebody with more exp might come in and trump me ; ) H |

Sorry, I missed where you said it was a young tank. I read your sig. Stating 90g 4 yrs. If it is less than 2 months I agree. Probably not HA. PS. My displays HA is almost gone. |
