Skimmer for 90 Gallon frag Tank

I had a brand new (Never had water in it with stickers still on the glass) 4 year old 90 gallon tank fall into my lap. I built a stand\canopy for it over the weekend and I plan on using it for a frag\emergency tank for my mixed reef tank. I do not plan on having fish in it. My question is, do I need a skimmer? I have 3 or 4 small skimmer (seaclone level skimmer) that I can throw into the sump for some skimming but, with little to know bioload, should I invest in a good skimmer? I will have 4 or 5 small fish just to keep the tank instersting but, nothing more than that. I cut 4 frags lastnight and these are the types of things I will be keeping in this tank. Give me your thoughts on a skimmer.
