130g tank what light is better

Hello Everyone, my name is Airat, I had long experience with fresh water , but I wanted to start salt water set up, i just purchased nice big tank 130 gall. 72 long 22h 18w...
my first question is what kind of light should I get. MH or T5, i also have nice canopy , but i have felling that i have to get raid of it..I read a lot of articles , lot of forums and got completely lost...I would like to be able to keep anemones with clowns, so should I go with MH? But my tank is not very deep , only 22 " I like shimmering effect , but afraid it could be too much light...Honestly for me all this information , lumens , watts , colors is still "deep forest"
I like a lot 24 hour systems like Orbit or Corallife, they coast fortune, but salt water set up was my dream for years, so I almost ready to invest in good proper light, but I am completely lost, there are so many opinions...
would you suggest what to chose, please... As I told I would like to be able eventually (when i get more experience and my tank will be ready for this) keep all sort of anemones ( which I read very hard to keep) and basically different types of invertables as well as fishes(which i learned not as peaky to the light) I ready to invest money - what you would suggest?
Also I like a lot yellow Tang , but I heard its not very friendly with invertables , but I saw people still have it with invert. like this guy for example http://www.mjstebbins.com/saltwater.htm
so is it possible to have it with anemones and clowns or its not good idea?
Thanks you for answer in advance
Sincerely
Airat
