Question MH Lighting for 60 gal cube

I have a 60 gal cube and plan to house LPS,SPS and clams. Shouls a 250 watt single-end MH and 2-75watt vho actinics be sufficient? Or should I go with a 400 watt instead of 250 watt MH?

Thanks!

the single 250 and VHO should be plenty of light. but if the tank is more than 2' you may need to get the luminarc reflector.

the regular spider reflector will cover a 2' x 2' section but the luminarc reflectors will cover a 3'x3' section.

or just put the SPS in the 2' section and the LPS toward the outer ends.

oh I bet a luminbright reflector and two 24 inch actinics would look awsome on that. you could use a 175 watt I bet if you went with a 10k bulb or that 14k iwasaki bulb, it's supposed to be a par monster. hth Nancy
