Does the water depth really matter on a recirc skimmer?

Is this the NW200?

If so, is it ok if it's at 11-12"?

Thanks

With a non-recirc, the deeper the water, the harder is is for the pump to pull air. You will get more LPM at 10" and more at 8".

Thanks Hop.

What can I do to improve the air intake at a depth of 11-12"?

I would put the skimmer sitting on a stand, but there's no room in my stand.

Thank you
