Can you run 2X175W lights off a 400W

I have a digital 400w MH ballast and was wondering if it is possible to run 2X175w lamps off of it. If so, do I wire them in parallel or series?

take the engine put in one pinto hook the other up with chains n pull it.

175+175= 350...and each bulb needs its own ballast.
