I just purchased and received my Vortex D-1 filter. My question is, If I use this filter on my saltwater reef tank, will it also remove my copepods and amphipods from the water coloum?
I don't want to have to start over with these fellas...

yes, it'll filter them from the water column if they get sucked up by it, but most pods are in the sand/rock and will be fine.
