Worms in live rock. Is this normal?

Today i purchased an additional 10 pounds of live rock for my 30 gallon tank. Tonight i look in my tank and there is this brownish little worm with white hairs/legs on him. Is this a good r bad thing for my tank?

Thank you,
Jman

Can you get a picture? Bristle worms I have found in my short experiences are good for your tank. They will be pretty much everywhere and help as part of the clean up crew and are natural. Your description is different then how I would describe a Bristle worm but If you can provide a picture that would be great. Or google Bristle worm and it will show you pictures.

Excellent scavenger. They eat left over fish food and fish waste. They keep the bottom of your tank clean.

They are perfectly normal and a good sign, as suggested try not to touch them.
