Algae plus something

I have Bryopsis which is the hair algae in the photo,but also there is a plant that is shaped like a crunchy lace fan,very brittle. Can someone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it.

I need a better picture all I see is the bryopsis. From your description it sounds like a type of calcerous algea which is not normally a problem.
