It's a mis-bar false perc. meaning middle bar is incomplete. just a variation in stripes. would have same behaviors and requirments as regular false perculas.

To tell for sure if it's an Occellaris or a Perc, you'd really need to get a spine count. Looks like an Occellaris to me though...misbar.
