clean up crew?

I have a 20 gallon reef and want to get some hermits, snails, and other clean up creatures. I would like to know what is a good amount of each to have in a 20 gallon and also what kinds of hermits,snails, and crabs should i get?

I would recommend couple blue tuxedo sea urchins. They are small, peaceful, and good reef janitors. They stir the sand as well.
