I do teach somewhat... I'm one of the younger employees at my company, but am one of the few with actual Lean Manufacturing experience. My company relies heavily on Six Sigma, and is just now begin to explore Lean solutions. I'm hoping to eventually move into a global consultant type of role for the company, emphasizing on training and mentoring associates on projects.

I love the bubble tower and think that would be very effective, I originally wanted to make one but thought I might not be able to get the glass cut with teeth

Yeah, I had an extra acrylic baffle lying around, and used that.

another option with the glass baffle would be to use eggcrate at the bottom instead of slits.

excellent! I will prob get around to redoing the sump when I have some extra time/money..... or when the bubbles finally get to me
