black spots on live rock

i have a couple of black spots on my live rock. you can scrape them off but not rub them off. just was seeing if anyone has seen this before. just started tank week nad a half ago. amn 0 nitrite0.50 nitrate 15 already had a amn spike

first two from refugium and thr third from display

looks like it might be some darker colored film algae to me. I would keep an eye on it and make sure it doesnt become a huge problem.
