Red Gunk abound
Can anyone help me identify this gunk?
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like cyanobacteria, commonly called red slime algae.

Ya Cyano Bacteria.......You need to get that out as soon as you can. I use a turkey baster & suck it up.
ALSO....you need to use photobucket to post photos. Its all best for us to see & HELP us to help you

There are some Chemicals that can get rid of the Cyano. BUT I Don't think its the best for the tank. I have Cyano in my tank....I use a turkey baster to suck it off.......So far...so good
