Angry cloudy water

help I can not get mt water clear all started about 2 weeks ago water prams 400 cal. 7 dkh sel 1.026 phos 0 nitarte 0 77.8 temp even run diatom filter the dt seems cloudy the wierd thing is i dont seem to see it in the sump tied changing sponge filter any ideas?

Is there a power head blowing the sand around? I'd try running activated carbon on the system too.

no carbon but will give it a try and no to micro bubbles i shut down all pumps and skimmer still cloudy

Probably micro bubbles and the sand shifting. Try a bubble trap and pointing the heds upwards, run some carbon cant hurt
