brown diatom algae

hi guys , about 7 weeks ago i changed from a 170 litre aquarium to a 450 litre one. I transfered the water over and added the rest as new salt water (280l). Now i have brown algae on my sand and I know this is normal but it is now covered in bubbles and releasing them. Is this normal or anything to be concerned about .

Its totally normal!! Diatoms start appearing as soon as 48hrs in a new tank.

Good Luck with the new tank!
Oops, I read to fast...it sounds more like dinoflagelattes, also normal, just let it run its course.
