What is it, it's spewing eggs

I just watched a white 1 inch tall round tube spew eggs out, it pulsed out 4 times shooting eggs out the end of it self. It stood up like a tube, then sat back down and looked like a slug and disappeared into the rock. wow, why do I get the feeling this is bad. Any ideas?

It happened to quick all within 30 seconds at the most, I just happened to look in and see it.
