another cycle ?

I have read many threads on this topic

My problem is most say dont change water let the cycle take its own course. However some say change the water to keep ammonia in check.

I planned on going the route of not changing water and let it stabalize itself. Will I kill the bacteria I am trying to grow by doing this? Or Is this ok up to a certain ammonia level but at that point you have to do the change? What is that point.

Na don't waste water like that just let it run it's coarse, it is easier and the preferred method, but no letting it run it's coarse will not kill bacteria because they feed off of ammonia.
