One Lamp VHO fixtures? Or slim Two lamp Fixtures? Can you run one lamp on Icecap 660?

Has anybody seen any slim (like a strip light) one lamp VHO fixtures or two lamp slim fixtures? I am just trying to supplement my MH on my open top tank with VHO actinics.

Is it possible to run 1 lamp on an Icecap VHO ballast as well? Any ballasts that can do that?
