White Foam/Bubbles

Just wondering why my tank would have white foam/bubbles on the top around the sides? Anyone know if this is something bad or just something normal?

Maybe lack of flow to surface of water, can point a powerhead towards top at angle to break up stagnation of water at surface.
This worked for me.
