Used system, questions with pics

Ok, I've been putting up some posts about a used system I have bought recently but here are a few more questions.

1. It came with a brand new IceCap 430-008 ballast with a heat sink. It has a wiring harness that plugs into one end of the ballast but the other end does not have a plug for the wall...is that normal? Here is a pictures with everything it has.

2. It came with two power compact light fixtures made by Helios. The plugs off of the light seem to appear as if they would plug into a ballast but I can't find any ballasts with the kit that has the other end of these plugs. Any ideas on this?

3. I have these ballasts but not sure what they go to. They don't have appear to plug into the Helios fixtures.

4. I'm not sure what this fixture is for, whether its for a regular bulb, VHO, T5 or what?

I can offer some answers, but not all.

The 440 is like that. You wire in your own plug w/ the harness. The diagram can be found on the icecap website. The 4(?) prong plug on the other side is for dimmer control.

No clue on the helios.

Both the pictures of the raw ballast, and the fixtures are standard T12 ballast/fixture. Probably not going to be useful for your application.

I would try to find some info on the helios via google - for some reason I think viaaqua/commodity axis distributes them, but don't quote me on that.
