VITAMIN ? (please read)
so ive been looking around at the LFS in the area and i couldnt locate some vitamin C and garlic suplements for marine fish.
does anyone know if its safe...to give them real vitamin C and mashed up garlic? i mean the garlic...is natural and all but the vitamin C...i dont know but then again how many forms of a certain vitamin can there be. GRANTED ...you dont give them a 5000Mg pill but you mash it up water it down and put small ammounts in. any ideas? suggestions? opinnions? |

I use vita chem that is suited for marine fish
http://www.aquaticeco.com/subcategories/591/Vita-Chem/ I also soak flake food in garlic guard three times a week The key here as with most things in this hobby is moderation especially in suplements another thing you can do is feed silver sides( a minnow) by feeding the whole fish then you give them valuable fish oils and nutrients from the guts of the fish that they would get normally on the real reef
