Best air flow to cool T5's.
Looking for some opinions here.
I am about to assemble my canopy with T5 lighting. The lighting does not come with fans (GHL I-Bars). I am going to put my own fans in and am wondering which would be the most effective way to cool them. I have heard thet blowing air over them is best and that pulling the air over them is the best. What are your opinions? Thanks, Sean

Or this way with the fans mounted at the back pulling air out.

In from the back. You dont want to pull moist salty air though the fans.

Hi SeanT,
try to have the fans pull in dry air from the room and then push it over the bulbs, rather than taking in wet salty air from the tank and blow it out. The salty air will kill the fans faster. So I vote for the top picture. FB
