Help with naso w/pinched belly.

I have had a naso for about 6 months now and the last week or so he has gotten a pinched belly. Acting a little lethargic and not really eating well. Until this he ate like a pig and was relatively fat. Could this be some kind of parasite and if so How do you treat it? Does something like this normally go away on its own? Most of the sick fish I have had I usually just feed a little extra and their sickness usually goes away on its own but I have never expierenced this problem before.
