Which Lights?

Hey everyone. Right now I am planning equipment for my new tank. If you were in my position which lights would you go with. They are both the same price. I know the second one is ebay but I spoke to the seller and he sells them for Catalina aquatics I believe is there name and they are ul listed w/ a 5 year warranty. Are there advantages to pendants over mounted lights?

I currently have 2 of the 250 watt sundials over my 90g and I think there great for there price. Can't really comment on the other. Just to let you know the 250watt sundials, the timers are not located on the fixture itself. They come with the 2 plug in the wall type timers you buy at home depot.
