ballast enclosures

I'm wiring up 2 T5 ballasts for my tank to run 4 bulbs and I'm wondering what most people do for their ballasts as far as enclosing them or not. I currently have an Icecap 430 on a heat sink that's not enclosed, but with two ballasts and more wiring I'd like to make it a bit neater.
