closed loop pump suggestion?

I have 1 inch bulkhead intakes and returns. Water goes through 2 Nu Clear canisters, 2 inline heaters, UV, and then back to the tank. Stand is 36" tall. Tank is 150 gallons. There are so many freakin pumps. I'd like one that maintains 1 inch plumbing (I think, does it matter?), is energy efficient, and is quiet. Would like in the 1000 gph ball park if not more. I've been like at poseidon, velocity, and Iwaki (hear these are power hogs?). Totally open to other suggestions, however!
