too much light?

I have 2 96 watt quads and a 65 watt nano blue on my 45gal tank, Its 36x12x24 high , My shrooms seam the be shrinking .there all at the bottom of the tank, I moved a few that I fragged closer under the rockwork and they seam to be growing , but I just bought a few florecent orange ones 2 weeks ago and they dont look like there liking it? do you think theres too much light for them? everything else is getting bigger just not the shrooms

i keep my mushrooms under 250w mh and they do fine the thing that makes mine shrink up is being in the way of a lot of flow...so i keep mine in low flow areas.
