Talking Epoxy Resin Question

I am working on a Live Rock and Foam structure and I was wondering if there was an epoxy resin for attaching sand that I could find at a basic hardware store such as Home Depot. Any suggestions? Should I be using Epoxy paint, Contact Cement, or something else?

Wondering the same thing. The only resin I can find comes in a kit with the hardener as well and it's like $15.

I was thinking about contact cement as well, is it reef safe? I know it's water proof.
