White is probably neutral. Is it ac or dc?
The ground should have a little upside down Christmas tree looking thing by it.

And theres Red, Black, White wires, no sign for ground on it, first thing i looked for ![]() |

Red is positive, black is negative, the white is used for speed sensing.
In this application, black is your ground.
