Refugium Question
I have a 10 gallon refugium for my 45 gallon reef tank.
I a coralife 24" t-5 light fixture on top with about an inch of live sand from my reef tank and a pound of live rock with a handful of chaeto A 400 rio pump pumping water from my 45 g into the 10g and a u-tube flowing water back into my 45 gallon. what else do I put in my 10g for filtration. I do not have any dividers or drilling done on tank. I want to put as much filtration in this thing as I can. Someone suggestion media bags - I could use it to run some carbon......what else should I do?

Also, I am going to run my light fixture on my refugium from 11pm - 3pm when my main tank lights are not running.
Is this ok? Main tank lights from 3pm - 11pm Refugium lights from 11pm - 3pm next day
