Using a 65 gallon megaflow tank for Refugium?
I have a brand new 65 gallon reef ready all glass brand tank in the basement i wanna use as a refugium....wondering if anyones used a tank that had a overflow box and everything for use with a sump as a refugium. I wouldnt have to drill it or set up any baffling, just tweek the flow from the sump to the refugium to around 60 gallons an hour. Throw a couple hundred watts of pc or t5 on there and im good to go. Whats everyone think? Any suggestions?

I think that's way too much refugium for a 90 gallon tank. other than that, I think it will work just fine.

I use a 65G for a fuge but it is not RR. The bottom drain of a RR would not work with my setup. As long as it does for yours, I dont see a problem.
