Liveaquaria 14 day guarantee

So the powder blue tang I posted about earlier passed away while I was getting my hospital tank set up. He was doing much better when I left for work, but was laying in the sand when I got home. By the time I got the temperatures the same, his gills had stopped moving =( =(

But the real kicker is, Tuesday was the last day of the liveaquaria.com guarantee. It was 14 days. He passed after midnight.

This is the first time I've ever ordered from them, so I was wondering, is there any chance if I call and plead my case I may be able to get anything? I have taken all the steps to preserve the body like they ask, and I'm just devistated. This was the most expensive fish purchase Ive ever made, and while I know rules are rules, I just wasn't sure if anyone had ever dealt with them before and thinks they may be willing to help me out this once.

Thanks.

Just call them in the morning I've had nothing but great experiences with them and out of over 100 fish; one died in the box and one passed away two days into the q-period. They took care of both of them with no questions asked.
