what to do with lighting

I am setting up a 46bow front and i was thinking of getting the T5 b/c of the center bracket that goes ontop center of the tank and i didn't want a shadow in my tank caused by the one MH. iwould like some advice on either going w/ the T5 or should i cut the bracket out and add a piece of glass in its spot and going MH. thanks in advance

whats the width on it?

its really up to you though, T5 would obviously be much much easier, and presuming this is a 3' tank? it would fit the dimensions better also. 3' is kind of an inbetween size for MH, little much for 1, but 2 is overkill. you could do 2 though... if you dont mind the expense.

yeah its 36in, someone recomended the nova extreme pro, would i be able to keep pretty much any corals with it? maybe clams in the future? yeahi was thinking the 2 mh would be overkill and would most like be two 175w if idid. i would be having a dsb with LR also with 20gal sump down under.

T5 would be my choice for sure, dont know what one, as I have MH, never shopped the T5 brands.

guessing 4 or 6 bulbs would be ample to support whatever you wanted to keep.
