Is this Ick?

I know there are many posts bout ick and how to treat. I am not sure if i even have ick. It is a sailfin tang. On the body and fins there are tiny white specs that almost look like little pieces of sand, thats what i think is the ick. But on the body there are whtie shadow spots. They almost look like part of the pigment of the skin and are not raised at all. Is that a secondary disease?

So far i have gotten a tub, powerfilter, powerhead, heater and light. I have some of this medication and i am wondering if i can use this to get rid of the ick.

The fish eats no problem at all and does not show illness in my opinion in its personality.

I forgot the add the shadow spots look lighter in color and larger than the pics i have seen online.

I agree a pic. would help alot more to tell.

the link for the meds don't work.

but also remember if it is ich you will have to treat all your fish.
