It is a 100% scam. As James pointed out it consists of a piece of PVC with a few magnets electrical taped around it. It does nothing magic but part fools from their money.

A little more info for you:

http://web.archive.org/web/200410152...EcoPhotos.html

http://www.rexgrigg.com/debunked.htm

You will also find a dozen or so "reviews" that attempt to give credibility to the scientific claims. They are simply paid advertisements. Rest assured, that the device is a few magnets that do not do any of the highly scientific crap that the company claims.

It is a very well thought out money making scam that has been going strong for many years.
